Electric Double Holes Distillation Apparatus for Gasoline Oil

 

Application
 

This instrument is designed and manufactured as per standards GB/T6536 Test Method for Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products. It is suitable to determine the distillation characteristics of gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, solvent having special boiling point, naphtha,diesel oil,distillate fuels, and other petroleum products according to GB/T6536 standard.



Features

1.The distillation heating part is composed of independent circuit control box. The user can adjust the heating power of the control box according to different requirements. 

2.The control box is made of cold-rolled steel plate with observation window on the upper front and electric furnace inside. 

3.The electric furnace part is composed of silicon carbide furnace plate,1200W/220V electric heating wire and high temperature resistant silicon carbide board. The position of the electric furnace can be adjusted by the lifting adjustment knob on the electric control box to adjust the relative position of the distillation flask and the condensing nozzle.The heating power is controlled by voltage regulation. 

4. The condensate tank is made of thick stainless steel plate with built-in heating, temperature measuring and stirring device, which is the common water tank of the distillation condensing system. The condensing pipe is used independently. The stirring device is motor-driven rotation of the impeller.
5. The size of the condensing pipe meets the requirements of GB/T 6536.
