Application
The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standards GB/T7326 and ASTM D4048, suitable for determining the corrosion of grease to copper sheets under the above standards. It is an indispensable instrument for oil analysis in petrochemical, transportation, defense and scientific research industries.
Dip a piece of prepared copper into the grease sample and heat it in an oven or liquid bath for a certain period of time. The general conditions used are 100ºC,24 hours. After the end of the experiment, take out the copper strip and wash it. The A method is to compare the experimental copper strip with the corrosion standard color plate to determine the corrosion level. The B method checks whether the
experimental copper strip changes color.
