Product Description

BLS-972 Lubricating oil grease evaporation loss tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements stipulated in ASTM D972 and Test Method A of the People's Republic of China Industry Standard NB/SH/T 0059-2010 Determination of Lubricating Oil Loss in Noack Method. It is suitable for determining the evaporation loss of lubricating oil (especially internal combustion engine oil) and lubricating base oil at 250ºC.

 

Features
1. Adopt color touch screen, all data real-time display, parameter input and adjustment, test results, etc. are all realized and completed on the touch screen, convenient operation.
2. It adopts metal bath heating device, which is safe and environmentally friendly.
3. It adopts imported precise differential pressure gauge and precision needle valve pressure regulation system to ensure accurate test pressure.
4. Wood alloy is added to the bath body, which has excellent heat transfer performance.
5. Evaporation crucible both meets the requirements of NB/SH/T 0059 and ASTM standards.
6. It is equipped with special vacuum suction system and buffering device to make the suction process stable and reliable.
