Application

The instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T8017 and ASTM D323, is suitable

for measuring the vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products. It cannot be used to

determine the vapor pressure of liquefied petroleum.

Features

1.The instrument is controlled by single-chip computer, with automatic test, color screen display, automatic diagnosis, result query, printing and other functions.
The specific features are as follows:1.8 inch color TFT LCD screen and touch screen for man-machine dialogue. The interface design is beautiful. All the interface English characters are displayed. At the top of the screen, the input and output status required by the instrument is displayed in real time, and operators can know the action and state of the instrument actuator at any time. At the bottom of the screen, real-time display of temperature, clock and other parameters, operators can understand the changes of system parameters in real time.

2.The whole test process is fully automatic. When test parameters has been set, the instrument will automatically control the water bath thermostat, the rotation of the body, the pressure detection, the test timing, and the judgment of the result. The operator does not need to intervene in the test. After the test is completed, the instrument will automatically store the test results.

3.100 test results can be stored. The test result can be queried and printed at any time. The test results are printed in English. It has fast print speed without noise because it adopts thermal printer.

4.The instrument has pressure online adjustment function. It can effectively correct the zero point and range of the pressure sensor and meet the calibration requirements of the standard method.

5.The instrument has temperature online adjustment function. It can effectively correct small deviations of sensor readings caused by leads.

7.The instrument is equipped with pressure correction device. It can be easily operated, and the sensor pressure value can be corrected in time according to the pressure gauge and the mercury pressure gauge.

8.High test accuracy, good repeatability and reproducibility.
