Introduction
ASTM D2440 Transformer Oil Oxidation Stability Testing Machine is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of SH/T 0206 Transformer Oil Oxidation Stability Measurement Method of the People's Republic of China. It is widely used to measure the oxidation stability of transformer oil.
Features
1.It adopts bench-top structure with a simple design. The specifications and dimensions of the test vessel meet the requirements of the SH/T 0206 standard.
2.It adopts metal bath heating with even heating and constant temperature. Since the metal aluminum alloy heater does nont use medium such as oil, there is no smoke pollution, no leakage occurs, and there is no need to maintain and the temperature is stable.
3.The instrument is equipped with new gas pressure reducer, which can ensure that the output pressure remains basically unchanged when the cylinder pressure drops.
4.The instrument is equipped with 8 test baths, which can test one sample or test up to 8 samples at the same time, which is convenient and flexible.
5.The instrument is equipped with 8 flow meters, which can respectively adjust and indicate the gas flow rate into the 8 oxidation tubes.
6.The instrument is equipped with digital timer for setting and recording the test time.
